The Group’s third Sustainability Report documents the progress of this journey and the results achieved in 2025. In a year marked by business growth and a broader, more representative reporting scope, total CO₂ emissions decreased by 5% compared to 2024, while training hours increased by 52% and employee welfare initiatives continued to expand, confirming a vision that places people, responsibility, and the creation of sustainable value at the heart of the Group’s development.
