Our organizational standards
Model 231
In 2013, Bluvacanze Group introduced the organization, management and control model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/200 2013 for Bluvacanze S.p.A. and Cisalpina Tours S.p.A. The model, revised on the basis of punctual Risk Analysis activities, was updated in 2023 to define the company’s settings, roles and modes of operation, defining upstream specific categories of “predicate offenses.”
Code of Ethics
Under 231, it has been defined as the set of rights and responsibilities that the company assumes towards those with whom it interacts in carrying out its activities. The Code of Ethics establishes our commitment to customers, suppliers and within the company. Values such as trust, transparency, fairness and credibility are fundamental, and through this document we are committed to maintaining respectful relationships with all stakeholders, generating maximum value for all parties involved.
