The role of our CTI Account Manager is to build strong, lasting relationships with each corporate client while ensuring their travel program is managed with precision, care, and flexibility.

Our Account Managers work closely with clients to define goals, shape services, and tailor solutions, all by leveraging deep industry expertise and a consultative, client-first approach.

CTI has implemented a new Business Intelligence (BI) platform designed to provide Travel Managers and company leadership with a high-performance tool for analyzing business travel data.

By definition, “Business Travel” involves both travel and broader business implications and, like any significant corporate investment, it requires strategic oversight and intelligent data analysis. Proper planning and management of business travel are essential for quality control and must therefore be carefully monitored.

For this reason, every element of the travel process must be considered when developing a BI strategy, including the potential impact of any policy changes. The goal is continuous improvement.

When data analysis reveals opportunities to modify a travel policy, reporting should clearly highlight the rationale for the change, including a full review of the pros and cons. This process helps build a case history that can positively inform future decisions.

It is this possible to effectively control and manage all the travel procedures, raise awareness on Corporate Social Responsibility, monitor the progress of any preferential agreements with final suppliers (airlines, hotels, trains, car rental companies and other suppliers).

QlikSense View Reporting

QlikSense is a Business Intelligence Platform with interactive dashboards and reports that can be customized for each Client and updated up to 24 hours prior to request. Thanks to this reporting system, CTI guarantees the availability of travel information on a monthly basis, both in summary and analytical terms, as well as the possibility of carrying out ad-hoc reports. The report archive is not time-limited, allowing clients to access all reports generated by CTI at any point, starting right from the start of their contract.

Two reporting functions are available to clients:

  • Statistical reports: Clients can view and download pre-generated reports directly from their devices, providing quick access to key travel data.
  • Clients can access the CTI BI platform in an open, interactive format, with full flexibility and no predefined restrictions, enabling real-time, customized insights.

The result outlines the level of satisfaction of the traveller and of the travel managers: this helps us monitor and maintain excellent standards of service and intervene promptly in critical situations.
