9 Business Travel Center
Our customer service comes from our innate capacity to relate. We have 9 Business Travel Centers in Italy (Turin – Rosta), Milan, Rome, Padua, Naples, Bolzano, Rimini, Verona, Sorrento, employing more than 600 people with high performance standards:95% of telephone responses take place within 30 seconds, with a satisfaction level recorded by our customers of 90%.
In order to deliver a high level of service, practitioners are divided into working groups or explants, so that the client can relate to a core group of known counselors and they are focused on the needs of that client. The goal of the division into teams is to achieve the operators’ greater involvement, to the benefit of the quality in the service delivered. We make sure that our operators are professional, accurate, cost-sensitive, focused on the Travel Policy, always available and proactive and that they deliver well beyond the service standards of the market average.
VIP Service
A dedicated team, with an average experience in Business Travel of at least 15 years and operating every day of the year, can be reached by phone and email address.
The service aims to increase the satisfaction of Corporate VIPs, monitor the progress of trips by informing customers in advance in case of problems, take charge of any needs related to the VIP’s (and, in the case, their family members’) travel, managing every detail from the reconfirmation of all services 24 hours before departure to the conclusion of the trip.

An unexpected event, by its very nature, cannot be anticipated. But this does not mean that we allow our customers’ business trips to be ruined.
CTI Cisalpina Tours International’s Emergency Service ensures an immediate response to the needs and requests of business travelers, wherever they are in the world, at any time.
Outside office hours, Cisalpina Tours provides its 24/7 Emergency Service, because we believe that the assistance to our travellers must be covered without any interruption.
The 24-hour service draws strength from a streamline arrangement of the entire system: our staff is properly prepared to receive and manage our customers’s request of changes at any level and at any time: a seamless assistance designed to keep everything under control, both day and night.
Visa/Insurance
CTI Cisalpina Tours International makes sure to carry out visa application procedures and work permits for overseas travel of Italian employees and international employees and guests who travel to the various work locations.
We guarantee full support in issuing flight plans and invitation letters for visa applications.
